The Primary Care Application works with Netsmart’s myAvatar™, myEvolv™ and TIER™. Within the Primary Care module you can document chief and secondary complaints. As the documentation is completed following evidence-based practice procedures (treatment recommendations) and medications are provided as a checklist recommendation for the clinician to select, you can document family histories, collect vitals, update allergies and easily do a review of systems.
In addition, the Primary Care module is available as a mobile extension to your current Netsmart enterprise applications, allowing you to use it when and where you need it. It also includes a full primary care clinical workflow:
